Parmesan cheese comes in a block or grated. With the help of a grater you can easily obtain grated parmesan cheese - and it is definitely more economical this way.
Deep fry the shoestring fries as per the instruction on the packaging - approximately 4-5 minutes, 170-190 Degree Celsius. Ready to cook shoestring fries are readily available in all supermarket. Drain off any excess oil and transfer the shoestring fries into a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the Truffle oil onto the shoestring fries, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, truffle salt (optional) and sea salt before giving it a good toss.
Serve Truffle Shoestring Fries with Grated Parmersan Cheese as topping and a pinch of Parsley for garnishing.
