250g French Beans

1 cube of Bean-curd a.k.a Tofu
1/2 clove garlic, diced

Season with 2 tbsp of light soya sauce and 1 tbsp of hua tiao jib (chinese cooking wine). Add in the lightly fried bean-curd and mix it well.
